Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of blackcurrants at the Cassissium. Enjoy a gourmet experience with family and friends in four activities:
- The "Cassissium" tour: fun and interactive museography dedicated to blackcurrants, guided tour of the Maison Védrenne production workshops, tasting of the Maison's products with alcohol (crème de cassis, liqueurs, eaux-de-vie) and/or without alcohol (syrups). It's an original tour suitable for everyone, young and old.
- The "Blackcurrant Experience" tour: fun and interactive museography dedicated to blackcurrants, guided tour of the Maison Védrenne production workshops, tasting in the form of an aperitif lunch with savoury and sweet bites to sublimate blackcurrants in all their forms, accompanied by a blackcurrant cocktail. A gourmet visit to (re)discover blackcurrants.
- The "Cocktail Experience" tour: fun and interactive museography dedicated to blackcurrants, guided tour of the Maison Védrenne production workshops, introduction to mixology with the creation of a cocktail while tasting our products.
- Cocktail workshops": on the first Friday of each month (April to October) or on request, mixology takes centre stage at the Cassissium. After a presentation of bar techniques and equipment, two cocktails are presented and created by the participants before being tasted. Creating a cocktail: as a team, you will have to create a cocktail using the ingredients you have been given. Will you be elected mixologist of the evening?

For the safety of our visitors and staff, we are putting in place the following safety instructions to ensure that the resumption of tourist activity (museum visits, guided tours, tastings) goes smoothly.
- Disinfection of hands with hydroalcoholic gel is compulsory upon entering the Cassissium.
- Hydro-alcohol gel will be available in the museum at various locations.
- Limited capacity for guided tours.
