It’s Saturday! Whether you’re a complete beginner or a wine lover, why not discover the secrets of Burgundy wines and learn how to taste them? Become a true wine connoisseur!

The programme: a sensory journey to discover the secrets behind the diversity of the vineyards, immersing yourself in the crus of the Côte de Nuits. Then, an explosion of flavours: you’ll be introduced to the sensory and geo-sensory tasting of 6 to 7 wines from the ‘villages’, ‘premiers crus’ and ‘Grand Cru’ appellations, with fun activities to identify the wines’ aromas and flavours.

Topics covered: vineyard landscapes (hillsides and valleys), the vineyard (grape varieties, aspect, vineyard soils), organic and biodynamic viticulture, winemaking and ageing…

Sandrine Lanaud, a trainer and professional wine taster, offers a bespoke course tailored to your level of knowledge.

A stroll through the vineyards in Marsannay or Gevrey-Chambertin, followed by a session in the tasting room. Courses available on request for groups of at least 6 people.
