You will quickly be carried away by the spirit of our tasting workshop, where Louis Bouillot's wine makers carry out tests and work their magic to give us their wide range of Crémants de Bourgogne.

But don't be fooled, this room is open to everyone, whether you are a wine expert or simply enjoy wine! The modules that we offer have been put together in collaboration with The Institute of Tasting in Paris.

You will be transported by the atmosphere of the Sensory Space: lights, individual tasting booths or video shows will allow you to enter the world of wine specialists.

Our tastings are interactive, each participant's opinion is important and helps open up the world of tasting to others.
