Whether you're a novice or a seasoned connoisseur, our workshops will give you an unforgettable, tailor-made sensory experience, guided by a passionate Burgundy wine expert".
1. discovery walk in the vineyards with your senses awakened, authentic Burgundy and direct contact with the Climats, Burgundy's terroirs.
You will discover the secrets of Burgundy wines: the landscapes and wine-growing heritage that make up the diversity of the terroirs. Understand the role of the winegrower, working in symbiosis with Nature to produce great wines.
2. tasting workshop: an explosion of flavours with an introduction to sensory or geo-sensory tasting of local wines... choice of tasting lesson or guided tasting:
- in the vineyards or in our tasting room,
- in the lounge of your accommodation
- at a wine estate
- a cellar
Tasting and oenology courses are designed to help you discover, understand and appreciate the secrets of Burgundy wines, while learning the art of sensory and intuitive tasting.
They combine theory, practice in recognising the aromas, flavours and textures of wines and conviviality.
There are several options for tasting the diversity of wines from the "Bourgogne régional" appellation, to the "Village", "premier cru" and "Grands crus", and discovering wines from lesser-known appellations as well as more prestigious and less accessible wines!

4 the art of serving wine: Practical workshop to learn how to serve wine (temperature, choice of glasses, decanting or caraffage)
Workshops, courses, apéro'vignes by reservation every day. For groups of 2 or more, in French or English.
